The Flash could be another Arrow!!!!
It is my contention that perhaps no superhero character highlights the reality of the postwar expectation and anxiety than Wally West. While Golden Age superhero provided a reflective and aspirational narrative linked to the rise of the United States, the Silver Age Flash highlighted the strain associated with post WWII realities. This television adaptation could be ripe with the same kind of symbolism.
